This class is intended for you to broaden your Boxing knowledge and skill. We utilize partner drills, crucial for Boxing development. The curriculum changes on a weekly basis. We concentrate on getting a full understanding of the skill we planned for the week. The skill for the week is focused on either footwork, defense, punch combination, or a combination of them all.

FREE Boxing Basics Intro Class

FREE Boxing Basics Intro Class

This FREE class is a must. We review all the basic footwork, defense, and punch combinations that you'll expand on throughout your technical Boxing and Boxing fitness journey.

Highly recommended if you are new to Boxing.

10:45am - 11:30am
