Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport where two participants wearing protective gloves throw punches at each other in a ring, aiming to score points or achieve a knockout. Through bag work, sparring, and drills, you'll get a full-body workout while learning self-defense.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, your entire first day is free. You can attend as many classes as you want for one day.

What do I need to bring for a session if I'm new to boxing?

Bring athletic shoes that can be tied securely, and gym appropriate attire. We will provide hand wraps and gloves for you to use during the session if you don't have your own.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No, we accommodate all experience levels with our services, but we do recommend our FREE Boxing Basics class to get you up to speed.

Is there contact involved? Will I get punched?

Contact at this gym will be opt in only. Some classes involve partner drills and you will be able to set the intensity level (no contact, light contact, full contact) with your partner during this class. We also offer sparring, which is completely optional. Our cardio and conditioning classes are no contact.

Should I eat before a session?

Yes. We recommend that you have a meal or a smoothie a few hours before class. This sport requires a fueled body to perform your best.

This FREE class is a must. We review all the basic footwork, defense, and punch combinations that you'll expand on throughout your technical Boxing and Boxing fitness journey.

Highly recommended if you are new to Boxing.
