No, we accommodate all experience levels with our services, but we do recommend our FREE Boxing Basics class to get you up to speed.
Boxing Conditioning focuses on creating a better cardio capacity through traditional methods of Boxing training.
Boxing Skills class we focus on the development of our skill set for instance, punch combinations, footwork, defensive skills, etc.
Endurance training is simply teaching your body how to keep moving for a long time without giving up. It strengthens your heart and helps your muscles use energy more wisely so you don't get tired as quickly. We utilize body weight movements and low impact cardio to achieve a stronger heart, mind, and body.

This would be your introduction to our sport of Boxing. You'll learn basic footwork patterns, punches, and defensive techniques before we progress you to your first class.

This class is a hybrid technical and conditioning class. There will be 2 rounds of warm up, 5 rounds of technical skill training partner drills and 5 rounds of conditioning. This class helps you build a strong foundation of boxing skills in a single class.
