Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport where two participants wearing protective gloves throw punches at each other in a ring, aiming to score points or achieve a knockout. 

Through bag work, sparring, and drills, you'll get a full-body workout while learning self-defense.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, your entire first day is free!

What do I need to bring for a session if I'm new to boxing?

Bring athletic shoes that can be tied securely, and gym appropriate attire. We will provide hand wraps and gloves for you to use during the session if you don't have your own.

Do I need prior experience to join?

No, we accommodate all experience levels with our services, but we do recommend our FREE Boxing Basics class to get you up to speed.

What are the differences between Boxing Conditioning and Boxing Skills classes?

Boxing Conditioning focuses on creating a better cardio capacity through traditional methods of Boxing training. 

Boxing Skills class we focus on the development of our skill set for instance, punch combinations, footwork, defensive skills, etc.

What is the Endurance Group Training class?

Endurance training is simply teaching your body how to keep moving for a long time without giving up. It strengthens your heart and helps your muscles use energy more wisely so you don't get tired as quickly. We utilize body weight movements and low impact cardio to achieve a stronger heart, mind, and body.

What are the ages for the Kids Boxing class?

7 years old through 11 years old.
